Officially formed as an LLC in the state of Washington on October 18th, 1999, the company was initially created to develop the Evolutionary Music Concept (EMC), however, technologies and techniques applied in this project will be of interest to others. The company will actively seek out areas in which to apply our expertise, as well as accepting and evaluating outside requests. Our company products may include, but are not limited to, technical consulting, database or web site development, program management, manufactured goods, e-commerce, e-business, data mining, data warehousing, and electronic community building. Specific industries of interest are the music industry, information technology, and controlled electronic distribution of intellectual and artistic property.
